ADVERTISEMENT TO FILL UP PROJECT  POSITIONS*

Applications   are  invited   from  Indian   nationals   only  for  project   position(s)   as  per  the  details   given  below   for  the consultancy/research    project(s)   under   the   Principal   investigator   (Name:   Prof.   Sudhakar    Subudhi),   Department    of Mechanical  & Industrial Engineering,  Indian Institute of Technology,  Roorkee.

1. Title of project:  Study of heat transfer  performance  and flow structures  in thermomagnetic   convection  used for power generation

2.     Sponsor of the project:  SERB

3.     Project position and number:  : JRF-  1

4. Qualifications   and  Experience: MEIM.Tech  in  MechanicallEnergy  or  equivalent  for  JRF  position  with  GATE SCORE

5.      Emoluments: Rs. 37000 per month(for  first two years) and Rs.42000 per month(for  third year)

6.      Duration:  Up to duration  of project(tentatively   for 3 years subject to availability  of fund and satisfactory  progress  by the candidate)

7.      Job  description:   Modelling,   simulation   and  experimental   investigation   on  heat  transfer   performance   and  flow structures  in thermomagnetic  convection  used for power generation

Note:

1.      Candidates  before appearing  for the interview  shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.

3.     Candidate  shall bring along with them the original  degree(s)/certificate(s)   and experience  certificate(s)  at the time of interview for verification.

4.     Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates  on equal qualifications  and experience.

5.     Please note that no TAIDA  is admissible  for attending  the interview.
