Applications  are  invited  from  eligible  candidates  fulfilling  all  the  qualifications  for  the  following  posts at  Krishi  Vigyan  Kendra,  Nawada  under  administrative  control  of  reputed  society  Gram  Nirman  Mandal, Sarvodaya Ashram, Sokhodeora, Kawakol, Nawada, Bihar and funded by Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New  Delhi.  The  detailed  advertisement,  eligibility,  instructions  and  procedure  to  fill  application  for  the advertised   positions   can   be   seen   in   the   recruitment   circular  at  the  Krishi  Vigyan  Kendra,  Nawada .

General Terms & Conditions:-

1. The candidates must be a citizen of India.

2. Local language/ Hindi is preferable for all the posts.

3.  All  the  post  are  temporary  in  nature.  Gram  Nirman  Mandal,  Sokhodeora,  Nawada  will  not  be  responsible  for re-employment/post, as the posts are co-terminus with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra Project.

4. The selected candidates must abide by the Rules & Regulations of the host Organization.

5. The Service conditions, Pay & Allowances and other service benefits are admissible as per ICAR norms (existing in the KVK). These positions are 100% funded by ICAR and all expenditure for these positions will be borne out of ICAR fund.

6. A Demand Draft from Nationalized Bank of worth  (Two Thousands only) for Reserved/OBC/EWS categories and  (One  Thousand  only)  for  SC/ST/Female/PwD   as  Application/  processing   fee  (Non-refundable) drawn in favour of “KRISHI VIGYAN KENDRA, NAWADA” payable at “Punjab National Bank, Kawakol, Nawada  should  be  enclosed  with  Application  form.  Other  mode  of  payment  for  Application/ processing fee shall not be considered.

7. Duly signed application in prescribed format (downloaded from the along with self-attested copy of certificates, transcript/marks sheet, testimonials including proof for date of birth, caste certificate and self-attested photo affixed in the application should be addressed and preferably sent by registered/ speed post only. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of and Category on the top right-hand corner. 

8.  The duly completed application  form should reach the office of “Senior  Scientist & Head, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Gram Nirman Mandal, Sarvodaya Ashram, Sokhodeora, Block- Kawakol, Distt.- Nawada, State- Bihar,  Pin Code on or before  from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment News. If  the  last  date  happens  to  be  a  Sunday  or  closed  holiday,  the  next  working  day  will  be  taken  as  crucial  date. The crucial date for the age limit shall be the Closing date for receipt of application from the candidates.

9. The candidates are advised to download the Application Form for the advertised posts from the KVK, Nawada.

10. KVK, its management or funding agency will not be responsible for any postal delay.

11. Maximum Age Limit for the Post of Senior Scientist & Head should not exceed more than 47 years as on closing date for the receipt of application.

12. Maximum Age Limit for all other posts will be as per the provisions/instructions of the Government of Bihar.

13. Age Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Female/PwD candidate(s) is as per the Government rule.

14. Only  screened  and  qualified  candidates  will  be  called  for  Exams/  Interview.  Written  test  may  be  conducted  for screening/evaluation of the candidates before the Interview, wherever applicable. No TA/DA and official accommodation will be provided to attend the Exams/Interview.

15. The  In-Service  Candidates  serving  in  Government/  Semi-Government  organizations/  Public  Sector  Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel, failing which the application is liable to be rejected, however, advance copy of application from the candidates may be considered subject to submission of “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” from their present Employer at the time of Verification of Documents.

16. The candidate should himself/ herself confirm his/ her eligibility for the post applied for, before submission of application .

No correspondence, whatever, in this regard shall be made/ entertained.

17. Incomplete applications, applications without supporting documents and/or demand draft and applications received after due date will be summarily rejected without any notice and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

18. Candidates should bring all the relevant Certificates, academic qualifications, mark sheets, certificate of experience, other testimonials in original for verification.

19. A candidate must be in sound health. He/she must be prepared to undergo such medical examination and satisfy such medical authority as required.

20. Fixed salary employment in NGO/Private Industry/ Private college/Self-finance courses would not be treated as equivalent to running scale.

21. Corrigendum   or   Addendum   or   Cancellation   to   this   advertisement,   if   any,   shall   be   published   only   on   the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nawada  and it will not be published in the newspaper or any other mode. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the KVK, Nawada website regularly.

22.The host institution “Gram Nirman Mandal, Sokhodeora, Nawada” reserves the right to fill or cancel the advertised post(s), if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.

23. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage even after issue of the appointment letter, the host institution “Gram Nirman Mandal, Sokhodeora, Nawada” reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.

24. Acceptance of documents submitted by an applicant shall be subjected to verification by the competent authority. If any documents are found to be false/ incorrect/ malafide either before or after appointment, the document shall be summarily rejected and action may be initiated against the candidate and the appointment shall be cancelled/ terminated forthwith.

25. Document to be attached along with the Application form:

i. Demand draft of Application/ processing fee

ii. One latest coloured passport size, self-attested photograph should be pasted on the application form.

iii. Birth certificate & Medical fitness certificate

iv. Certificate from Personnel office (for In-service candidate)

v. Reservation certificate (if applicable)

vi.  Attested copies of certificate of essential qualifications including Testimonials, certificates, transcripts/mark sheets, Experience certificate etc.

vii. One self-addressed envelope with postal stamp 

viii. Other supporting documents.
