POWER SECTOR WESTERN REGION NAGPUR

BHEL,  Power  Sector  Western  Region,  Nagpur  invites  applications  from  Medical  professionals fulfilling the following specifications, to be engaged as PART TIME MEDICAL CONSULTANT (PTMC) to meet requirement of its office at Vadodara:


IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1.   All  candidates  applying for the  above  post  should  have  their  MBBS,  MD/DNB  degrees recognised by Medical Council of India (MCI).
2.   All candidates  applying for the above posts must be registered  with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
3.   The engagement is purely on temporary  basis – for a period of 1 year at the time of initial
engagement. Subsequent renewal(s) of term can be for a maximum period of three years at the discretion of management. There will be one-month notice period on either side.
4.   There is no reservation for SC, ST and OBC.  All applicants will be treated under UR category.
5.   The upper age limit is 65 years and no relaxation with respect to age will be given to PH, Ex- Servicemen, SC, ST and OBC candidates.
6.   The number of working hours in a day can be up to a maximum of 04 hours.  

SELECTION PROCESS:

Selection will be through  interview of shortlisted  candidates.  Tentative date  of interview will be towards last week of June 2025. Interview shall be held at our Vadodara Office and no TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates  appearing for interview.

MEDICAL FITNESS:

The applicant should have a sound health. Before joining, selected candidate  will have to undergo medical  examination   by  the   company’s  authorised   Medical  officer/panel  hospital   and   the appointment shall be  subject  to  meeting  the  health  standards  as prescribed  by the  Company. Candidates  are  advised,  in  their  own  interest,   to  get  themselves   thoroughly  examined  by  a Competent Medical officer.

HOW TO APPLY:

Interested candidates may submit the enclosed blank Application form for engagement of Part Time Medical  Consultant and  send  their  duly filled in application  form  along  with  self –  attested photocopies  of the following documents:
1. SSC Certificate (for Date of birth proof)
2. MBBS all semester marks-sheets  and Degree Certificate
3. MD/DNB all semester mark-sheets  and Final Certificate
4. Certificate of Registration issued by MCI and or State Medical council
5. Proof of Experience as above  (Experience Certificate on letter-head from Organisation  / Hospital issued by Competent Authority OR Joining  & relieving Letter OR Last Salary Slip along with Joining Order in case of serving Doctors.

Candidates will be required to produce the aforesaid documents, in original, for verification at the time of interview.

The application completes in all respect, along with all the relevant enclosures, should be sent in an envelope super scribed as “Application for PTMC” so as to reach on or before RSC Office, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Power Sector Western Region, C-16/17, Gyatri Nagar
Road, Gotri, Vadodara – 390021, Gujarat.

Late / Incomplete applications  will not  be  considered  and  no  correspondence on  this  will be entertained.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates on regular  employment  in Govt. / Semi- Govt. / Public sector  Undertakings Nationalised Bank / Autonomous Bodies shall be required to apply through Proper Channel. However, in the event of difficulty, they may send the application directly and produce NO OBJECTION  CERTIFICATE from their organisation in the event of selection.

2. Candidates  should  ensure   that   they  fulfil the   essential   eligibility criteria  and  other
requirements prescribed for the above posts and that the particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects.  In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that  the candidates  do  not  fulfil the  essential  eligibility criteria  and  / or she  has  furnished  any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any relevant information / material facts(s), his / her candidature is liable to be rejected.  If any of the above shortcomings is / are detected even after appointment, his /her services are liable for suitable action including termination and  prosecution.   

3. The Management reserves the right to revise/reschedule/cancel/suspend the recruitment process, if the need  so arises without  assigning any further  notice or reason  thereof.  The Company reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. 

4. Applications which are incomplete or without required enclosures or are received after the last date for receipt of applications will be rejected  and no correspondence on the matter will be entertained. 

5. Also  no  correspondence  will be  entertained  from  candidates   not  invited/selected  for interview.

6. Candidates are advised to possess a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the application form.  They are also advised to keep this e-mail ID active as any important  communication to them shall be done by BHEL 

7. Any  corrigendum/updates/changes shall  be  communicated ONLY  through any other mode.

8. Any form of canvassing or bringing in extraneous influence will lead to disqualification and render the candidate ineligible for selection.
