Invitation of applications for Engagement of Adhoc Faculty (AY:2025-26) Applications  are  invited  for  the  engagement  of  Adhoc  Faculty  (purely  on temporary basis) in the Departments/ Schools as specified below:

➢   **For S.No. 9-11, the applicants who have submitted their Ph.D. Thesis are also eligible to apply. In such a case, they are treated as equivalent to M.Tech.
➢   *M.Com. is not mandatory in the case of applicants having Ph.D. qualification in the relevant or equivalent discipline.
Remuneration:
•   Consolidated amount of Rs.70,000/- per month with Ph.D. qualification.
•    Consolidated amount of Rs.55,000/- per month with M.Tech./ M.B.A. or equivalent qualification.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Candidates have to fill and  submit the online  application  form using  the following

3.    The list of shortlisted candidates and the schedule of lecture demonstrations and interviews will be displayed on the Institute website tentatively during the first week of July 2025. No separate call letter will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.

4.    The  shortlisted  candidates  will  not  be  intimated  individually.  All  the candidates are advised to keep visiting the website  https://nitandhra.ac.in frequently.

5.    Engagement  of  Adhoc  faculty  positions  will  be  based  on  a   Lecture demonstration and a Physical Interview in the presence of a duly constituted Selection Committee.

6.    As per the schedule, on the day(s) of lecture demonstration and Interview the Candidates should report at NIT Andhra Pradesh, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, along with all the original documents.

7.    No  TA/  DA  will  be  paid  to  the  candidates  for  attending  the  lecture demonstration or Interview. 

8.    All engagements are on an Ad-hoc basis and purely temporary.

9.  #Except where the contract shall automatically terminate, the contract of appointment can be prematurely terminated by either party, before 30 days of the completion of the service of the contract, by giving at least 30 days’ notice period.

10. Upon availability, accommodation at the institute guest house shall be provided to candidates by the officials concerned at the Atithi Guest House, NIT Andhra Pradesh at the time of arrival on a payment basis (as per room category and other norms) for a maximum of 03 days.

11. Contingent upon availability, a single-seater accommodation at the institute hostel shall be provided by the Office of Chief Warden, NIT Andhra Pradesh at the time of arrival on a payment basis up to a maximum of 03 days.

12. The food facility is available either in the canteen or hostel mess on a payment basis at the time of stay on campus to attend the interview.

13. In case of any queries or clarifications regarding filling  the  application  form, candidates can mail their queries to  adhocfaculty.
